The online registration system, to register for the conference and reserve a hotel room, will be open in February 2009. Please note that although you can reserve yourself directly through hotel or travel websites we recommend that you register through our online registration system. We will be able to propose better prices that we have negotiated with some of the hotels below. If you require any help we are at your full disposal.(Please note that the star rating of the hotel is not necessarily equivalent to the international star rating)

For those room reservations without paying the room rent, please arrange the payment by May 15, 2009. After that, all reservations without payment will be cancelled.

For those participants who have not reserved rooms, please make room reservation and arrange the payment by May 15, 2009. All reservations after that date can not be guaranteed.

1. For those who intend to share rooms, please find the roommate by yourself.
2. Rooms will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis.
3. If coming 12 hours later than your check-in date or not coming, one-night room rent of your total room cost will be charged.

2. Sheraton Hotel (贵阳喜来登酒店)

3. Guizhou Park Hotel (贵州饭店)

4. Forest City Hotel (贵阳林城大酒店)
The Forest City Hotel enjoys very convenient transportation access. Qianling Mountain is to the north and the People's Great Hall of Guizhou Province is to the south. The hotel features European architectural style and its decoration combines Chinese and Western styles.

5. Ramada Plaza Hotel Guiyang (神奇华美达)
