The Registration should be with appropriate payment, which must be in US Dollar and payable to CICCST by the following ways:

A. Payment in Advance
1. Credit card:
Only Master, Visa, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates.

* You can pay registration fee on-line. If you choose on-line credit card payment, you should do it at your own risk.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to CICCST. Refund will be processed after the conference. The refund policy is given below:
